One significant difference between Udayana University and Warmadewa University is the offer of programs. Firstly, UNUD offers the International Program on Asian Studies (BIPAS). This program is for students who want to study abroad at a university in Bali, Indonesia, for 1-2 semesters. The Udayana University and Warmadewa University have several things in common regarding the courses. There are both bachelor’s and master’s level courses available. Regardless of your study background and your current level of studies, you can choose 3-7 courses from any available courses. The Indonesian Language course is mandatory for all students. In addition to lectures, the programs also include engaging workshops and excursions.

Lectures and Schedules

In general, classes and schedules at both host universities are structured similarly. You will have contact lectures from Monday to Wednesday. Thursdays are for workshops and excursions during the first half of your semester.

You must attend a minimum of 75 % of lectures and all mandatory workshops/excursions. You must also pass the mid-term and final exams to receive your grades. In case of sickness, you can discuss with the program staff regarding the excused absence.

All exams will take place inside the official semester dates. Mid-term exams usually take place the week before the mid-term holiday and final exams the last week of the semester. The exams are on the same weekdays and times as your regular classes.

The spring semester takes place from January to May at Udayana University. If you prefer your semester a bit later, you can spend it from April to July at Warmadewa University. During autumn, both universities welcome students from September to December.
